HELPFUL, HANDS-ON PARTICIPANT ENROLLMENT

At RetireRight we make it as easy as possible for your people to clearly understand your company’s retirement plan and the great opportunity it provides them. First, we conduct helpful One-on-One Meetings with all employees. Additionally, we offer and encourage hands-on Enrollment Consultations with employees that are eligible now or soon will be, in which we help them enroll and make the important choices that will have a direct impact on the quality of their retirement.

RETIRERIGHT VISITS AND ACCESSIBILITY

We educate, meet and communicate with your people in a combination of personalized ways to build their trust, get them clear and involved, and keep them on track through all of their personal and outside events. Group meetings are customized into two groups: Accumulation – for those in their 20s, 30s and 40s, and Disbursement – for those closer to retirement. On top of all that, we make ourselves available to all your plan participants with our 24/7 Open Line.
